Home Instead Senior Care provides tailor-made, flexible care at home for the elderly to enable everybody to live independently at home regardless of their age.
Training is at the heart of Home Instead’s strategy as their CAREGivers need to constantly adapt to the needs of their clients.
The company received a Princess Royal Training Award in 2016 for the outstanding dementia care training. They were recognised again in 2019 for a new end-of-life care training programme.
This film follows CAREGiver Emma and provides insights from the L&D leads who design and deliver the training in the UK.
It also offers the perspective of a family member on the positive impact that highly skilled CAREGivers can have.
