Employer-led Group Training & Franchises

What is employer-led group training?

Group training can be defined as: Where a group of employers in a sector come together to create a shared training programme which allows them access to skills development they otherwise wouldn’t be able to deliver individually because of cost, equipment or expertise. Those undergoing the training should be employed by one of the employers during their training.

Please note the Princess Royal Training Awards are also eligible for Employer-led Group Training initiatives and for organisations which provide training as part of a franchise model. Please see our eligibility flowchart for more information.
